We are more than happy to assist you in designing your commercial kitchen! First step is contact any of our sales specialists, and we can schedule an ocular inspection at your site. Please prepare the actual floor plan of your intended kitchen area as reference. No matter the distance, as long as you need a professional commercial kitchen – we will be at your service!

We have qualified sales specialists who can help you determine the right capacity of product that you need. We also have a dedicated technical team that can visit you to help provide solutions to your kitchen facility. We can also provide you with our technical specifications sheet in order to match the right product to your requirement!

We have a testing and demonstration kitchen in our Marikina Head Office for our clients to test our equipment before buying. Please feel free to contact our sales specialists should you want to test any of our equipment!

We work hard to make sure to have all products available on stock – should you have an immediate requirement, please contact your Merit Sales Specialist for more information. For custom made products, this may have a lead time of 15-30 days. For imported products, this may vary.

We can deliver your orders to any point of the Philippines, we can deliver by land, ship by air or sea. We make sure to crate your products securely and safely. Please coordinate your shipping concerns through your Merit Sales Specialist.

Yes! Our refrigeration equipment are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months. All cooking and heating equipment are warranted for a period of six (6) months. All fabricated and custom design equipment are warranted only for factory defect. Our limited product warranty commences from the date of delivery against inherent factory defects and faulty workmanship. All glass, rubber, plastics and light bulbs and removable, lost/ consumable materials and parts are not included in the warranty.

All refrigeration equipment must have a sufficient automatic voltage regulator (AVR) to avoid damages caused by power fluctuations. Without an AVR, the warranty is automatically voided. It is also understood that under this limited warranty, all equipment are subject to normal use and proper/ regular maintenance and not by careless abusive, overused operation and inappropriate conditions. Finally, should our unit be inspected, repaired, tampered, serviced by a third-party technician within the warranty period, our warranty shall be null and voided.

Please make sure to inform us in writing should you have plans to move or relocate the unit from its original location of installation. This too shall consider our warranty null and voided.
